Homebirth is THE BEST!! We had a relatively major birth complication and it was managed beautifully. It was an intense 2 minutes followed by total bliss. My baby wasn’t taken away. Instead she was able to transition to life out of the womb on my chest getting loved on by my husband and I. ❤
I switched to a home birth at 37 weeks as well!! My first was due March of 2020, and they told me that my husband wouldn’t be able to be with me?! I said NOPE, and had an amazing home birth with my first. Loved it so much I did it again with my second! 😂❤ We have been trying for a third for about 8 months now, and waiting on the Lord’s timing, but can’t wait to have another home birth. ❤
Thank you for sharing! And proud of you for listening to yourself and educating yourself!! Even if we are able to avoid hospital bills, hospitals are still profiting so so much off our little babies.
I ovulated late with my second (could've with my first too but i wasn't tracking with her), didn't even bother telling my midwife my actual last period, just calculated 2 weeks before my confirmed ovulation 😆 Both my babies were born at home ❤
