I love vintage kitchen items. They remind me of my grandma. Can't wait to get all my paint, brushes, stamps, moulds, patinas and transfers I ordered last week. So excited
They are tea pots and two pieces are missing, the tea infuser and the lid. I love them, used to get them at World Market/Cost Plus. I haven’t had one in a long time, but would buy one if I were to see one while I’m out shopping. They just look classy to me.
My favorite videos are when you thrift and then show what you do with the treasures...keep on doing these. Got to share with you I have thrifted three meat grinders and one is on my kitchen island to hold pencils and stuff, another one in my craft room on end of craft table holds my small brushes....but the best one is on my workbench and neighbor made a lamp out of it and I used a colander for a shade
Hi Julie. Love all of it. Your website Kitchen towels say Set of 4 in title but pack of 2 in description. I just thrifted a pack of wire picture holders. I will have to get creative in how I use them.
Loved the little cups too! So cute. Also, the lids you styled, if they have a ridge ar the bottom, you could drill holes to put thread or wire through and hang loose crystals from. (Hubby should know the name of the drill bit to use. I use the one that looks like a flat upside down acorn? Be sure to use water while drilling, it creates friction [think heat] which could crack the lid)
I love all of your decor. It's beautiful. But I keep thinking my goodness, I bet it takes you hours to dust everything. Lol I have 3 dogs so maybe my house just gets more dusty than other people.
The glass pots are tea pot and usually they come with a cork top and a wire strainer that goes in the spout so you can steep loose teas, flowers, herbs and dried fruits or even fresh all of the above. It's a very European thing and actually I just bout a brand new one on amazon because I have never seen them at thrift shops. I will have my eyes peeled now though because I love the coffee been and faux succulents look. Great Idea! violets would be great in these glass pots. My mom loved Violets and I still have one that she had from from 20 years ago... they are very easy to take care of. Just make sure you avoid the leaves when you water because getting them too wet can kill the plant. They don't need to be watered very often maybe once every two weeks but if they stop flowering they will need violet fertilizer all you have to do is google it and it will tell you what to do... common fertilizers are dried coffee grounds, egg shells and diluted vinegar if you ph is off. Love your channel
You could also put a mound of pretty green moss in the little mugs draping some over the edge and a ceramic bird, and if you put styrophome in it you can insert one of your little wire picture holders in the back edge behind it, so cute, love your stuff!❤❤❤
You really should start your own decor company like magnolia you are great at it and i love everything you make and thrift...plus you have a great name! Julie is my name also 😉❤🎉
The glass pots are tea pot diffusers. You see them a lot in thrift shops because the diffuser part that goes inside breaks because you take them in and out to put the tea leaves in. In my opinion pretty but poor design because break so easily. Love the coffee bean dirt! Cute idea to save it! Another idea would be to store tea bags.
I have one of those grinders I got for free. It’s missing pieces and I was going to get rid of it. I have to go pull it out. I love all of your projects!!!
Hi Julie...so everyone is always saying why do you have so many collections of plates...now I will say Julie says I am allowed. I have the white Swirl Johnson Brothers plates, bowls, casserole, creamer etc ( seven dollars at an estate sale). I see ypu have them too. I have blue and green pottery plates from a potter in Kentucky and blue and white plates made in Spain, and Fall plates and three sets of Christmas plates...all thrifted cheap, except the pottery. This year I put my decorative Easter cups, saucers , sugar and creamer on my living room mantle...never put them in the living room...thought why not. Now, I can say Julie said I could. People going to ask " Who is this Julie? " I am going to say my thrifting adviser..😂😂😂😂. Best video so far..going to find things to make picture holders.❤❤ ❤ I laughed when you said you could not thrift coffee beans. My husband and I thrift a lot, but so far no coffee. 😮
Julie, I would love, love a spin on a video on how you clean your paintbrushes, and how you clean and organize your power tools and shop. Help! Thanks.😊
I have kitchen items in my living room's corner cabinet. It's filled with mostly white dishes, trays, and oversized Juliska mugs. The top has glass in the doors, but the bottom is wood. In the bottom I store my Fiesta ware dishes (for when we make Mexican food) and very pretty delicate plates I found at Home Goods. I collect dishes - I have six sets, all but one incomplete. I like to change plates constantly. I don't like to cook, though.

So happy to got all of those dishes. Life is short so fill your home with items that make you happy.
You are crazy talented!!
Enjoyed.
Love how you show exactly what you do with the items- when you pick them up. Great format!
Love your creativity! The clear teapots with coffee and succulents! Oh my ❤️ those!

I was saying “get the plates, get the plates!” Lol
You have really good ideas… my taste is very similar to yours.
What kind of paint do you use to paint a pitcher white, if it’s a different color? Thanks!
What is milk paint? Please write the composition of it. Is it water soluble?
I am in love with these videos where you buy & show directly what you do with them! More please!
The clear glas pots are teapots. We use them a lot for this over here in Germany.
Exactly there's another piece missing the centerpieces that holds ice so the tea remains cold without watering down the tea.

I bet the coffee beans smell good, too.
Ok let’s talk about the bunny on the brush, adorable 🥰🇨🇦
Always love your videos. You're such a creative genius! Thanks, Julie!
I love when you do this kind of video.

Love your grinder collections, who would have thunk? Lovely ideas as always
Hi Julie
I have adopted the idea using lids as picture holder. I love your website.
Hi Julie. Love all of it. Your website Kitchen towels say Set of 4 in title but pack of 2 in description. I just thrifted a pack of wire picture holders. I will have to get creative in how I use them.

Some good ideas here Julie, even if I am not big on cooking either. 😊
Thank you, I love your videos 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😇♥️♥️♥️
If i find a beautiful dish but there's only one it looks like a bar saop dish
They're teapots. Coffee and cocoa pots are taller a differently shaped.
Great buy on the Pfalzkraft plates.
You can purchase tiered tray hardware online.
I use my tiered tray for fruit. I also use my old scales for fruit too.
Exspressocups?
The little white mugs look like espresso coffee mugs to me, but I like what you did to them.
Where do you get the lemons??? ❤ another great video!
Definitely love your style! Will continue to follow you!
Thank you!!! Very inspiring
Your channel is the best!!❤
I was so glad you got the plates!
I don't understand what you said in your intro, 'Using them through alcohol'? We've played this back a dozen times and it doesn't make sense.
@debbie12098, Julie's said "I just love thrifting kitchen items and using them throughout my house."
Those little mugs are for espresso.
I want ALL your decor!!!
