Love the combination sink and stove unit! It is a brilliant feature visually and also in terms of cleaning. I am surprised sinks like that are not more common in camper/van/car/rv/conversions. Or maybe those kinds of combo sinks are common in the UK, but I have yet to see them as a feature for camper builds in other countries. Yours is my first. You have provided all the things people generally need and want in one space. I know some people have commented on the lack of a shower. However, for a quick and basic wash you have that ability with warm/hot water and a sink. If you want to have access to pressurized hot water and standing to bathe, that's what the showers and stalls at the campgrounds or gym memberships are for. Gday from Australia I never thought you would have got so much in the van. Who ever done the fit out made great job. You got nearly more than I have in my campervan. Navigator T555 Wish you the best of health and the best of the weather to get out in it. PS get a power gang socket with USB chargers and store it away in the van for electrical stuff.

Excellent conversion! One addition I have recently seen in other conversions is the use of an extending tap on the sink so that it can be pulled outside and used to shower with.
Shower is a good idea but a decent shower needs decent pressure which generally camper sink pumps do not provide, you would also need a decent size water tank unless you want a 60 second shower
or to give yourself an enema. .....................lol

Un rubinetto con tubo è molto importante per esempio per velocemente togliere la sabbia dai piedi quando torni dalla spiaggia prima di salire a bordo. Tutte le nostre roulotte avevano il rubinetto con tubo e la energia arriva da batteria sotto il lavandino che dopo ogni vacanza devi ricaricare. Il vero problema della acqua quando vivi così è fare attenzione a dove prendi l'acqua che metti nel serbatoio. Se l'acqua non è perfettamente pura ma contiene piccola sabbia i filtri non trattengono la sabbia che entra nella pompa e nel lavandino e tutto si blocca.
cracking layout - just bought a 2015 doblo maxi van myself weighing up putting a bit of a leisure battery setup and a removeable rocknroll type bed in there, given me some good ideas here thanks!

Those two vertical electrical sockets won’t allow for both of them to be used at the same time.
Try it!
You will need to revolve the top socket so it’s upside down. Or turn them both 90deg.

Nice conversion conversion only concern for me if I was using it (no problem as I'm not😅) would be the bed. Those inserts don't look strong for a big bloke like me and the cushions not very comfy so I'd probably get a roll out memory foam mattress to put underneath if it fits.
bed slats are strong enough Simon as birch under high density foam I’m sure you would wake up in the morning still on the bed lol
I don't really like the toilet, laveo dry flush toilet would be a better preference for me
The hob/burner is to small to fit any sizeable pot, an electric portable one that is stored away after use would be much better. Above all, it's a nice build for a solo person who has a gym membership 👍🏾

I agree with Annelise, micro's use far too much electricity to run and a small fryer is far superior if you can find one that has a small level of oil supplement for cooking.

I saw something similar to this today as I wS out on my travels but it had an extended hard top roof and a different back door like a conventional van.

Most conversations I see seem so Mickey Mouse but yours is super clean and professional. Are those cabinet homemade or premade and you had to modify? All the electrical stuff makes me nervous and beyond my talent to set up.
Thanks for your kind words, yes cabinets are all home made , takes many hours measuring etc when you have no plans to start from . Electrics I have been around for 20 years so no issues there , but yeah electrics can be daunting.

Fairly awesome. Only thing I don't like (and this is being picky) is that the toilet is where my head would be when I sleep and watch tv, and if the toilet was full of shite and pisse it could possibly emit a smell. Maybe the the toilet down the other end?

I'd use a slow cooker, and cook my food whilst driving and have a fridge in the van and a hob, so you can re heat your food

Why is the TV behind the bench seat? When you're sitting there, you have a great view of the kitchen sink!

it’s a very handy thing to own David , you can just literally up and go at a moments notice. easy to drive, small enough to park anywhere , stealth enough for nobody to know your in it .

only 1 section, it’s difficult to fit everything into a small space and there has to be some compromise

how much headroom does the lowered floor add? and does the lowered floor extend the full length of the van? thanks
pretty much extended full length of van yes, gives you 6” more height then is lower near the back which gives about 10”

Any chance of a conversion kit diy on the horizon?
i have looked into that Phil but it would only work on that model of that year and with the floor conversion by gowering so would not work on many others. going forward we are working on a vw t25 at the minute but in the next month or so we will be doing more micro campers so make sure your subscribed so you are informed when our new conversions for 2022 hit TH-cam

Great minivan build. You could live in this full time. I have a question, was there a mini fridge and can the TV move around cus with this layout it seems like you can't from any direction?
