Now I've seen all in this black world - I've seen Dio when something is wrong with his voice... Sounds like he was ill that day... Neve before or after around this date I didn't heard him ill.
It could actually be insecurity. Personal and artistic insecurity. We must remember how deep he fell, and how fast. In the 80's he was king. In 1996 he was bitter, confused and poor. He played in small, shitty places and he was just human. Of course he was hurting.
@@johncharles6028 I wrote "could be". It was just a suggestion. Besides, he wasn't touring hard during this time. Probably not fatigue. He was at his artistic nadir.
Great clip. He really had his ear to the future and was a true ambassador for the artform. Six years gone as of today. He's certainly missed.
yeeeeeeeeeeah.i want to cry.:(
Dio/Motorhead 1996 I saw this tour. One of the best concerts I ever saw.
Never seen this interview. Great stuff.
Ronald James Padavona R.I.P😢
Tracys tone was sick any guitarist know he does that electric screeching type of sound
Dio spoke but nobody listened.
Uppercut to Sabbath at 10.18 Lol!
Thank god in the 2000s Iron Maiden,Judas Priest came back and Dio went back to his classic sound
Haha! Rocket scientists on the street begging for nickels. For sure! :D
