why there are so many stupid comments here!? mother and daughter were together most of the time, but keepers need to clean the mom's poo, all the pieces of eaten bamboos, etc. but human and adult panda (mom) cannot be in the same room as it's dangerous, mom may attach humans. so, let the mom go to the backyard first, then they can clean the room, and maybe the baby too. when the room is cleaned, and put all the new fresh food for mom, they let the mom back in the room. so mom can eat, and feel comfortable in the clean room with her daughter. why keeper holding the baby at the door before mom enters, because Yuihin (daughter) always follows her mom, so when the door opens, Yuihin may go into the backyard room. that's why keeper holding the daughter until the mom comes back into the room, and the backyard door closes completely. and, pandas at Shirahama Japan are very well taken cared. 2nd successful panda research place out of China. there are no pandas with white spots around the eyes (which is a disease, in uncleaned place or too much physical contacts with humans), and, all the daughters are pretty like the mom (Rauhin, round face, round ears, and short nose).
If you do not want the baby panda go looking for its mother, you better have it in a case lock it up, DO YOUR CHORES Then free baby Panda. instead you ran after it, catch it, and brought it back thousand times, baby Panda wants nothing but “looking for it mother”so why wasting your time and energy as shown in this video? Unless rules not allow you to lock it up?
