Due process laws in the United States require you to have a bail hearing unless (typically) it is a capitol offense of some kind. It's a constitutional requirement, no matter who the person is.

Hawaii is part of the United States, no visa required. Most foreign countries issue visas at port of entry for short visits.

We need to determine who exactly wrote the letter, but my biggest concern, at this point, is why does this letter need to be publicized? Whoever made this letter public is, now, just as guilty in my opinion. It's as if someone truly wants these instructions to be followed through with. The letter could've been spoken about as a "manifesto" without mentioning the full contents or publishing a photo copy of it. Whether Ryan has the money or not, someone will read this letter and assume the responsibility to make another attempt on President Trump. 🤬

A letter just pops up out of nowhere from an unnamed person with a full manifesto admitting his attempt, prior to it happening, and under the pretenses that he wouldnt be turned in by the person if they HAD opened it before his attempt? Why would he risk incriminating himself before doing it? It makes no sense. Why did it take so long to put this forward to the people? I call BS. Also, he most likely doesn't have 150k sitting around. Hes been in lots of legal trouble and lived in the boonies of Greensboro NC. I knew him personally. I worked for him and got ripped off by him. His son Oran spent the summer living in my garage in Greensboro. Ive been to his house, I mean trailer. He lived like a poor slob when I knew him in 2008. I mean, maybe he made money between then and now, but knowing him, it was probably stolen or thieved in one way or another. He took off with $2000 of my money and $2000 of another friends money for a job we did tearing down a carport. I was told by his son Oran that he skipped town (to what i was told in Hawaii back in 2008 even though the media says he didnt own property there until many years later.) Despite all that, something still didnt quite add up. Maybe this was all a plea deal for a different crime he committed? He was a conman, but I dont think he was an "unaliver." I could be wrong.
