What to Pack for the Otter Trail Hike // Packing List Multi-Day Hiking | Garden Route South Africa

Don't know what to pack for the Otter Trail or any multi-day hike? This is a look at all essentials I had in my backpack on the Otter Trail hike.
Get a pen and paper and use this video to make your packing list and stick to it, don't entertain any "just in case" thoughts.
Ideally the backpack weight should be less than 25% of your body weight...this will help you decide on a maximum weight while packing.
Side bar: we looked at the register with all Otter hikers and their bag weight, there are people who did the hike carrying 30/40kgs...You Can Do This!
