Listen, the best you can do is to keep learning until you feel very confident about the software. I used to watch one tutorial every night before going to sleep and I did this for almost 1.5 years without any laptop or PC. Honest suggestion would be learning the techniques, know about the tools, learn the concept, try to think something creative. Build a habit, stick to a pattern and everything will eventually follow you. I always to use Apple's IMac to do heavy editing work and it was launched in 2021....it's IMac 2021 and its superb machine. Hope I answered all of your answers.

vox have some great motion graphics other than this , like you showed in intro. i thought this tutorial will be epic, but that same yellow highlighter.
It's almost impossible to cover everything Vox uses in a video...and no one would watch if I made it super long. No one can teach everything in one single video.
Great tutorial! I liked your method of blur/scale in the Render comp...but when I recreated your project, my comp would get noticeably blurry when scaling up to 130%. Turning on Continuously Rasterize didn't make any difference. When I downloaded and looked closely at your project, your images don't seem to be getting any blurrier at 130%. How is that?
Well this should have been happened but if that's the case then I would love help you out and to do so I would need your project file that you have created by yourself so that I can analyse everything properly. Could you please it over via email?

No. Its not gonna happen. Because first things first, this image was available in public domain meaning that anyone can use it. But now suppose that somehow you got the image which comes with a price tag and you didn't really pay for it, then in this case you may receive some sort of strike or claim but I haven't really saw anyone getting their video taken down on the basis of visuals. So it is a good thing if you either use the resources publicly available or pay for it.
*Can you do it with Free &Open Source on Linux , like Krita, Inkscape, Kdenlive, maybe Davinci if you find it hard to do , but mostly Kdenlive, or any other Linux arch apps like after effects you can suggest?*

Premier Pro is the best for SFX and even I use it for the same...but I always do the animations purely in after effects.
