She will trust anything he says, example : he died and RBD, then he says dont go there cuz you will die (becuz he RBD so he knows the future) and while everyone asking why and question him, Emilia will say just trust Subaru. And that really helps a lot cuz everyone can do what Subaru wants them to do, so he can save everyone. TL;DR In s1 I really like Rem more like 100 : 1 but after reading Arc 4, it becomes 35 : 65 or maybe for you Rem fans she will at least the same quality as Rem. Only my opinion though, I'm in team Dona but Emilia is my 2nd fav waifu so I'm trying to get Rem fans to watch s2 cuz a lot of them just drop Re:Zero when Subaru rejects her

I just want to explain the reason Rem killed Subaru, first, it was Ram who finished him , second, Rem is one of the few characters capable of smelling the Witch's miasma, Emilia is not , which is the reason Emilia ultimately trusted Subaru and why Rem grew suspicious of him , she died twice for Subaru and poured her heart for him , she's not a yandere because even after Subaru said that he loves Emilia , she remained supportive of their relationship, and when he suggested to run away together with her , she didn't accept because she never wanted her hero to give up , despite Emilia being the main female character, Rem spent more time with Subaru and helped him a lot , you can't deny that , not that Emilia didn't , Emilia is a great character but she was almost always portraied as a damsel of distress with Subaru always having to save her , Rem wasn't that strong yet she kept fighting for Subaru with all her powers , Subaru forgave Rem due to all the devotion and loyalty she showed him , he also stated that he actually loves Rem , she has the second place in his heart , but Emilia was his first love , that's why he choose her .

Why should Rem just run away from everyone she respected and her own sister who she loved, just because Subaru asked her without any explanation? She literally said the reason that she 'rejected' him is because he wasn't in a good state, and running away would only make him feel worse. It's not really 'rejection'
Also, I do agree that she was pretty outlandish to kill him, but at that point she didn't know what his motives were. Subaru, as far as we know, is the only person in this show who has the witch's scent and isn't part of the witch cult. So it was reasonable to assume that he was some kind of spy for the witch

I just want to explain the reason Rem killed Subaru, first, it was Ram who finished him , second, Rem is one of the few characters capable of smelling the Witch's miasma, Emilia is not , which is the reason Emilia ultimately trusted Subaru and why Rem grew suspicious of him , she died twice for Subaru and poured her heart for him , she's not a yandere because even after Subaru said that he loves Emilia , she remained supportive of their relationship, and when he suggested to run away together with her , she didn't accept because she never wanted her hero to give up , despite Emilia being the main female character, Rem spent more time with Subaru and helped him a lot , you can't deny that , not that Emilia didn't , Emilia is a great character but she was almost always portraied as a damsel of distress with Subaru always having to save her , Rem wasn't that strong yet she kept fighting for Subaru with all her powers , Subaru forgave Rem due to all the devotion and loyalty she showed him , he also stated that he actually loves Rem , she has the second place in his heart , but Emilia was his first love , that's why he choose her .
