Sadly there are entities in the universe that are threatened by the light and universal truths for multi faceted reasons and will do anything to counter in many ways. We see it take place in the world today where the lowly are hurt and suppressed in the name of industrialism and capitalism. He had a long and impactful life and to see it end in that way is an absolute travesty 😞
