Idk how you managed to evade Gira's attention, but somehow you did lol. (I mean in regards to getting yelled at to put your recording device away lol. Since he loves to do that).

I've only really noticed him to tell people to put their phones away when it becomes a visible distraction (extending their arms out, flash, or any visible lights coming from a recording device). This person seems to have it at eye level or even lower than that. I'm also assuming that they didn't have any distracting lights/flash happening either.
