Really enjoy seeing how your track and setup are progressing. If you could have picked, what would you have choosen to plant in place of the winter rye for the back field?
Thank you so much! I would probably go with a (warm season) Bermuda grass for our region, but honestly after several rounds of testing now I’ve been pretty impressed with a tall fescue too as a cool season grass for our region. A native grass would be lovely too ( but hard to establish). What are you growing?
@ardanifarm Our field is mostly overrun with orchard grass. Would love to switch it up and get more diversity in there, but it has been challenging for other things to compete with the orchard grass!
