This is related to divisibility by 11! 1) I've taken this number (N) = 83487699 2) I've grouped it into two so that each group has 4 digits (we have a flexibility to group into any number in case of 11) 3) The difference between two groups = (7699-8348) = -649 which is actually divisible by 11 4) But, the whole number is not divisible by 11 5) Is it because of the negative difference sir? In that case, what is the possible to way to find a solution sir?

Group it into odd numbers, like groups of 1,3,5,7,9...etc as powers of 10 showing +,-1 remainder are alternative
You can't group the number into groups of 4, cause 4 is even.. You have to group it into groups of 1 or 3 or 5 or 7 or 9 etc..
