نماز اسی لیے ہے اگر ہم اپنی نمازو ں کو پورے اہتمام اور توججو سی پڑھیں تو یہ اک meditation ہو جاتی ہے جو mental health کے لیے کسی magic سی کم نہیں اور اگر صبح 15 سے 20 منٹ deeep breathing کرنا اپنی routine بنا لیں تو کبھی بھی overthinking جیسی پرابلم نہیں ہو انشااللہ ۔
