He is not a good coach for a maturing team that needs focus on the finest of details to win at the highest level. Chicago, Carolina, Vegas, NY Jets, where they need a culture change. He'd be perfect. But for a team that has a great culture that comes from ownership and that is focused on winning the SB, he's not good enough. Swap him with Andy Reid and the Ravens are top dog year in and year out and the Chiefs would become the Ravens.

If you are grinding 3 or 4 yards a pop, your probably going to keep picking up first downs if the down and distance is normal. But when you've got 10 yard penalties being given out like Oprah giving out cars, you can not run the ball. If it's 1st and 20, even if you run the ball for 5 or 6 yards a pop, your not churning out first downs. Their lack of discipline took Henry out of it and that is on the coaches.
