I love this album, it is one that you could listen to start to finish and not want to skip. I’ve listened to it everyday since it came out. I don’t know what it is but I love the transition from Martyr (Waves) to All of This is Fleeting. I’ve started waking up and listening to both these songs before I get out out bed and it’s really been good for my mental health.
I knew I couldn’t have been the only one that felt this way !!
Facts.
One of the best songs of the year. The strain on that second "They were never listening" just makes me want to scream at an empty uncaring universe, followed pretty quickly by that disgusting breakdown. Beautiful.

And the lyrical change of that second chorus, just makes it that much more meaningful.
Honestly creatures of habits sounds a lot like a currents song which I know y’all love a lot like me. So when you guys get to it, complete sauce.

There was a notable point made in a paper published by Professor William Stansfield, 'Stansfield, W.D., 2009. The Coriolis Effect, Page 24 Paragraph 2' (You can find this through GoogleScholar)
"The Corlolls Effect In Pop Culture One episode (6th season, 16th episode) of the 1V show Tbe Simpsons has bad boy Bart arguing with his brainy sister Lisa about how water drains from a sink. Lisa tells Bart that sinks in the Northern Hemisphere drain counterclockwise, but drain clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere due to the Coriolis effect. Bart rests the theory by running water down the sink and flushing the toilet. They both drain counterclockwise. He then phones an Australian who checks several sinks and toilers and reporrs they all drain clockwise. The viewer is left believing that Lisa was right. The truth is that water can drain from a toilet in ether direction in either hemisphere depending on initial conditions such as the shape of the bowl, direction of the water entering the bowl, the size and position of the drain hole relative to that of the container, and the speed of the flush."
I think most of our thoughts and findings have been rather anecdotal, but many tests have been completed and rest assured, water will funnel the opposite direction down here but it needs to be a rather large volume of water for it to determine that spin.

Our toilet water doesnt spin, it just falls down and makes the sound of an angry drop bear.. they are real, google that shit, they'll scare the crap out of you. As for outback steakhouse... roadkill on a hot day. Yum.
But seriously, there is alot more going on in this track than you think, my mate Jacob Martin, a very talented musician has done a cover of this, plus many others, and it is such a happening track. Hottest band on my play list at the moment. They have exploded man. They may even take the torch off Parkway drive eventually..

If you guys want to hear something different from Polaris, check out their 2013 EP Dichotomy. Definitely a different sound, you can tell production wasn’t quite as good, but it’s definitely them, but a stone’s throw away from their newer stuff. It’s like looking back on Post-hardcore era Architects compared to now.
