I always listen to this before I go to sleep. I leave the music playing on my speaker (at a low volume) throughout the night. And when the morning comes, it's still playing as a way to wake me up. I have a real bad case of depression, anxiety and insomnia. I also have a hard time sleeping and I'm on meds for it unfortunately. But that and this music helps out in all areas. I love listening to Reiki music. So why not listen to something that can help you out? I'm also a big Japanese enthusiast and I also can't wait to visit Japan one-day. 🇯🇵🎶💤🛌🏻🌙

This is one of my favourite sound tracks on TH-cam. Beautiful mixture of instruments and nature sounds. Having Asian family roots I am always drawn to Chinese zen music. Makes me feel at home.
When I was very ill, I sought out a lot of Zen/ambient/relaxation music. And while I know, with music, especially with this kind of music, it's not about competition...this track is special. Not sure what it is...maybe the dual cellos, maybe the 'committed-to-beauty' composition itself, or everything combined with the nature sounds, but it is really wonderful. Listened to it many times and my mind still just flows away from stress to a place of beauty, every time. Many thanks.

When I was very ill, I sought out a lot of Zen/ambient/relaxation music. And while I know, with music, especially with this kind of music, it's not about competition...this track is special. Not sure what it is...maybe the dual cellos, maybe the 'committed-to-beauty' composition itself, or everything combined with the nature sounds, but it is really wonderful. Listened to it many times and my mind still just flows away from stress to a place of beauty, every time.

Wonderful relaxing cleansing 🎶 music 🎶 All very calm, sedative & heart warming.
