Where the government gets to say which industries are too big to fail and then can force US citizens to pay, through taxes, for the foolish mistakes of corporate oligarchs. Corporate oligarchs who then pay themselves massive bonuses. Corporate oligarchs who bribe the political class into doing their bidding. Other than that, I agree with most everything else you said.

I'm selling comics that I've collected for over forty years and putting it into stocks, crypto, savings, and real estate. My job has a homeowners program with a major bank that allows me to purchase a multi-unit building (4 units max), that can be combined with an HPAP and VA Homme Loan. I'll live in one unit and rent out the other three.
I use Fidelity Investments professional managers for my investments. Yes, they take a chunk out not matter what. I am a physician and an expert on medical care. I am not a financial expert. Fidelity or other investment companies have a closer finger on the pulse of the market/economy than I do. They ask your risk and how much diversification in your portfolio. You can call them anytime with any questions. They are always keeping in touch with you. Of course, you are paying for that convenience.

What is a good sub $100 etf? VTI, VOO, IVV, etc are all more expensive
SCHB has similar top holdings to a few of the ones you mentioned, and is trading at $52 I believe

I suggest airbnb. You can make alot more money. You can also choose long or short term stays. You can even airbnb seperate rooms in the property.
