I done the trucking thing for about 3 months. I couldn't handle all the time away from home. Wish i could've made it 1-2 years where i could've gotten something more local. Takes a special person to be a trucker. Have a great respect for ya'll! God bless you and your family.
Trucking has changed so much, unless you are an owner or with a really good company, it’s not worth it anymore.
@TheTruckerJon yeah I really enjoyed the driving and getting to see the country but I'd be out 3 weeks and home for 2 days and then on the road again.
It really does especially if you work for the big companies you’re gone forever

Screw being out for three weeks and home for two. I refuse to work for companies that aren’t home weekly. The longer a driver is out, the faster they get burnt out. We are nothing more than servants to these trucking companies and until we band together and say enough is enough, it will keep happening.
Justin, I nearly spit my green apple flavored pop rocks 😮 when I saw Cash with his blue packet 😂. It's good to know that the boys'new teachers are all 👍 cool 😎. Can't wait to see Ky on his first day and Tdubs reaction too 😢. I know you'll be shedding a tear in private 😭 later 😊. Don't miss out on those first anything's ok. @@AmyBethB Yeah, when I was in school... meet the teacher was because the student was bad or just normal conferences... When my kids were in school, you went in day one to meet them in elementary levels (like Justin's Trio are now). Many differences between school today and 50 years ago.

I’m on a dedicated Walmart account and the company I’m leased to (that has the contract with them) takes 15% and pays for the fuel at 7.7mpg. Obviously I don’t get that, but after every 30 days they calculate how much to charge you for going over that 7.7. Having access to and endless supply of loads, and all the other discounts that you get by running their dot#. Typically 4-500 mile routes (out loaded back empty). Run as much or a little as you want. t’s a no brainer in today’s market. 🤷♂️

You missed him too, was afraid it might be the case of the rainbow Bridge. Happened with a friend with two dogs one elderly with health problems, talking to her lately only mentioned the younger one, but last week mentioned both are fine.
We got a good load heading to Nevada to a strange town. It's been nice but freaking hot. Dispatcher found a load in Nevada to Kansas and I was like good. So we can see friend's in Kansas. Cash and Austin are going to be driving up there so they can get Jesse (7th son who we adopted also) he's having fun with us. Jesse explained what actually happened in Afghanistan that resulted in the death of Shane and Shawn and Dwayne. JJ (Jesse 7th son) he likes being called JJ so that work's. Cause anybody hollers for Jesse both of them answer. They all don't start school until the 3rd Monday of this month. We will be back before they go to school. Cause our friend's that lives in Kansas are going to be moving to Texas across from us. My grandma is so happy hearing about that. The house that is across from our house we own it. That house was actually Maggie's house (Jesse's late Aunt) they will be working with us driving. They sold there house and they are staying in a hotel. Cash and Austin are going to be heading up there Thursday morning and turn help move stuff in a Uhaul.
