Bohol - Panglao International Airport, also known as New Bohol International Airport commenced operations on November 28, 2018, to replace Tagbilaran Airport.
If it's your first time traveling to Panglao Airport, here are some helpful tips for you:
• They strictly implement luggage limit of up to 7 kilos only, so better travel light or bring extra backpacks.
• There's no tricycle terminal inside the airport, so it's either you wait for tri-cabs dropping off other passengers or step outside airport grounds to locate the terminal.
• Plan ahead and arrive early to avoid any last-minute rush.

This Airport needs to be expanded so that Widebody Jets such as Boeing 747, Boeing 757, Boeing 767, Boeing 777, Boeing 787, Airbus A330, Airbus A340, Airbus A350, and Airbus A380 can be accommodated.

The airport is nice but looks cheap. Probably the color green. Green does not complement brown ceiling and floor.

The cream-white wall is also not so nice. Looks typical Filipino-made govt building. The airport needs a better interior designer I think. Look at Clark airport.
