Ho ricevuto il 2/09/2019 e la bolletta aveva scadenza il 4/09/2019 ed era legata al conto corrente
Non vi dico la preoccupazione e le notti insonni ed i pensieri che mi ha causato ed è questo il danno più grave del quale i gestori ed i responsabili che emettono questo tipo di fatture non si rendono conto e che non verificano niente prima di emettere queste fatture per non causare disagi agli utenti che pagano i loro stipendi
Inoltre il gestore dovrebbe essere tenuto a risarcire anche il tempo ed il danno che ha causato all'utente che è in buona fede ed ha sempre pagato
In questi quasi 4 mesi ho sempre dovuto Io contattare il gestore e perdere giornate per cercare di risolvere la situazione . Il gestore o il servizio qualità del gestore non mi ha contattato per cercare di risolvere la situazione in definitiva se un utente ha un problema con il gestore Ti perseguitano ma se sei nel giusto e cerchi di far valere i tuoi diritti non hai nessun aiuto
fanno i forti con i deboli ed i deboli con i forti
Ho subito bloccato il conto corrente ed inviato un fax di reclamo
Ho contattato il servizio guasti che è intervenuto dopo circa un mese sostituendo il contatore con un modello più moderno ed il vecchio lo hanno portato via
A dicembre il gestore ha riconosciuto l'errore emettendo una fattura di rettifica della della bolletta di settembre
Nel frattempo mi ero rivolto ad un associazione consumatori ma la rettifica del gestore è arrivata il giorno prima che partisse la lettera del legale dell'associazione
