I would recommend to eat a *warm* breakfast -that's very important☺️. warm meals and warm drinks have increased my well-being, that also means that salad, fruits as well as milk products should not be eaten that often and only as a side dish, a little bit once a day. I often warm up my fruits. Products from fridge are not good for us.
