Nice explanation sir currently being a phd scholar in solar cell technology and i am using SCAPS 1d simulation software for optimisation of various parametre of the solar cell like Voc , Vmp, Imp , Isc , efficiency , quantum efficiency etc of the CIGS and silicon based solar cell.
