Weirdly well, indeed. Chaotic, sometimes embracing it but always resigned to it. Mostly cheerful, optimistic even when it's a little mournful. And above all, friendly. Plus ska elements. If you wanted to commission a theme song from a full time professional you could hardly ask for better.
Just random thought: I love Karinas childhood comic. I'd love to see Drawfee do a comic and here's the twist; it's 12 panels long, each of the artists does 3 panels but the panels are randomly assigned. They do their panels and then hand off the pen.
The road crossing stories reminded me of a beautiful moment i had where another driver defended me as a pedestrian. A woman stopped for me as i was walking across a parking lot and the guy behind her started honking. She then stuck her head all the way out of her window and screamed "THERE'S A FUCKING GIRL CROSSING THE ROAD!! WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO, RUN HER OVER???"
Ugh, I was crossing the road with my sister in law, who had a baby in a stroller, and some big truck honked at us. Like, imagine being so entitled you honk at a lady crossing the street with her baby.
Since he was brought up in the video, Paul McCarthy from the beagles was reunited with his 1691 Hoofner Space Guitar that was stolen from him 50 years ago.
Since the drawfee song features so heavily in this stream I want to say that every time it comes on my brain sings "hell-o, it's time for draw-fee" along with that first melody
To explain the birthday paradox: PersonA has a birthday. Then personB has 364 days available to have a different birthday. PersonC has 363 days available, etc. To get the probability that everyone has a different birthday you multiply 364/365 x 363/365 x 362/365 … (using as many terms as there are people other than personA). That equation will get the probability that everyone has a different birthday. To figure out the probability that someone has the same birthday, take the answer above and subtract it from 1 (since there is a 100% probability that a group of people either do or do not share a birthday). To think about it a little more generally, when there are just a couple people in the group, the numbers being multiplied together are pretty close to 1 so the answer is also close to 1 (or a high probability that everyone has different birthdays). However, when there is a larger group of people some of the numbers at the end of the series being multiplied are getting closer to 0. In fact the 366th person (or 367th if we’re including Feb 29th) will have 0 days available that are different from the rest of the group. Fractions multiplied by other fractions create smaller numbers.
That last part is also a great example of the Pigeonhole principle! If you have 366 people and only 365 days, there must be a day which is multiple peoples’ birthday

I would assume the xmas birthday statistic is probably accounted for by a lower rate of scheduled cesareans and induced labor on that particular day of the year...
One of my best friends was born on March 1st because it was a Leap Year and her mom literally gritted her teeth and held her in for a few more minutes so she wouldn't be a Leap Year baby with a weird non-birthday. 😂 She was born at like 12:02. Wouldn't be surprised if there's some December 26th babies born in a similar fashion. "You will not be a Christmas baby!!" 😅

i was born on December 22nd cause the doctor didn't want to deliver a baby on Christmas so they just asked my mom if she wanted to have the baby now. I wasn't positioned right anyways so I was gonna have to be a c section so that's why they were able to do that.

I have a similar story where I almost got hit by a pickup truck on my bike and got chewed out by the driver. The difference is that it wasn't that I wasn't looking it's that I was chased into the road by a small dog that had scared me and also I was *19 years old.*
39:50 yeah... kind of, people are sometimes afraid of giving birth on Christmas/ New Year as this is when you're most likely to encounter a drunk doctor, and also general stress of Christmas can either speed the process naturally or try to speed it up to not be held in hospital on Christmas. Also non-emergency c-section are not scheduled for that time, it makes just enough difference to make it least likely to be born then. (I was born on December 24, was supoased to be born on January 1st 😅)
Okay, I’m sorry, but the “mad at drivers almost hitting you” but reminded me of my own situation, and now I have to share it to get it out of my system. 😂 I was just walking down the sidewalk, and there’s a single-lane, one-way entry lane to a parking lot in the middle of the sidewalk, and there’s a lot of trees and stuff around, so you can’t really see into the parking lot, but considering it’s clearly signed, you just need to pay attention if someone stops on the street to pull in, and the street was completely empty at the time so I was going past not expecting anything, when someone suddenly comes racing out way faster than necessary, slams on the breaks so fortunately I don’t get hurt and then just lays on the horn at me. No yelling occurred because they sped away as soon as I was out of the way, but hooooo boy if looks could cause a person to expire, I would have been a person who causes the passing of another person that day lmao (TH-cam keeps automodding my comments, so my language at the end has been altered to try to get it to post :/ )
worst joke I've ever come up with (re: 34:44) if paul mccartney's alive, why did he auction his birth certificate? well..., he can't auction his death certificate!! sorry
Technically, any size company can have a CEO or full C-suite. It's just a matter of you deciding to do it or not. Usually small businesses don't because they think it's silly and sounds ridiculous. But nothing is stopping you from having a CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, CTO, CMO, CBO, and so on. Give yourself the labels you think you deserve.
On the topic of Matt Damon: in the books, David Webb/Jason Bourne has literally had plastic surgery to look more generic (so as to be a better spy). So there's that. I don't know if the casting directors had that in mind when they cast Matt Damon, but it's certainly a point in favor of Karina's "that's just a white guy" take.
This stream's bloodline was so commanding and regal (Challenge Wheel Stream The IIIrd) that it got away with leaving us with a purely metaphorical Porfo. These people are too powerful.
My fun birthday fact, my mother and I were born on each other's due dates. 2 days before my mom was born, my grandma had labor induced, but it didn't work, and the doctor eventually sent her home. The next day she went into labor, but my grandpa didn't believe her because it was April Fools day. She eventually got to the hospital and told the doctor she wasn't having the baby until after midnight, even if they had to sew her shut. My mom was born early the next morning. When I was on the way, for health reasons, I was a scheduled C-Section, due on my mom's birthday. But I put my foot down (Literally) and demanded to be born 2 days early, on my mom's original due date.
The number of times some dingus bumps into me, or doesn't look where they're going and then says "Hey, watch yourself!" is enough to make me want to burn down the world. Julia is my new hero!
In college we had a girl who went by Emily due to some weird 'roommate thought it would be funny I guess' nicknaming bullshit on, like, day 2 of living in the dorm. I learned months later that her legit name was, like, Jennifer. She'd never gone by Emily ever before, nor did again after college. The random nicknaming bullshit is common enough, I guess, but EMILY? She could have been Tequila Jennifer but they went for Emily.

also is it just me or does the koala look like that one picture of brendan fraser
I have a similar story where I almost got hit by a pickup truck on my bike and got chewed out by the driver. The difference is that it wasn't that I wasn't looking it's that I was chased into the road by a small dog that had scared me and also I was *19 years old.*
Karina is the only artist alive that could give a drawing a twist ending.
Julia has done this for years
@@bsnow304but is Julia ALIVE? Its a 50/50 chance
"This is a pissed off dog" so Lucario?
39:50 yeah... kind of, people are sometimes afraid of giving birth on Christmas/ New Year as this is when you're most likely to encounter a drunk doctor, and also general stress of Christmas can either speed the process naturally or try to speed it up to not be held in hospital on Christmas. Also non-emergency c-section are not scheduled for that time, it makes just enough difference to make it least likely to be born then. (I was born on December 24, was supoased to be born on January 1st 😅)
I for one would LOVE that collab with Babish. Make sure to include Alvin!
No yelling occurred because they sped away as soon as I was out of the way, but hooooo boy if looks could cause a person to expire, I would have been a person who causes the passing of another person that day lmao
(TH-cam keeps automodding my comments, so my language at the end has been altered to try to get it to post :/ )
worst joke I've ever come up with (re: 34:44)
if paul mccartney's alive, why did he auction his birth certificate? well..., he can't auction his death certificate!! sorry
Every time the drawfee theme song starts all I can think is how it sounds exactly like the beginning of the chowder theme!
I love the intro song. You can play it on loop as much as you'd like in my books
1:57:50 🎶 “I went to texas public school 🎶 e-i-e-i-oh” 👏✨
On the topic of Matt Damon: in the books, David Webb/Jason Bourne has literally had plastic surgery to look more generic (so as to be a better spy). So there's that. I don't know if the casting directors had that in mind when they cast Matt Damon, but it's certainly a point in favor of Karina's "that's just a white guy" take.
this intro is giving biiig vibes of the time they got a new soundboard and kept playing the song over and over
This stream's bloodline was so commanding and regal (Challenge Wheel Stream The IIIrd) that it got away with leaving us with a purely metaphorical Porfo.
At 2:00 they start dribbling Nathan like a basketball
Tiny Karina with knife will always be one of my top drawings
The number of times some dingus bumps into me, or doesn't look where they're going and then says "Hey, watch yourself!" is enough to make me want to burn down the world. Julia is my new hero!
Jacob's Shirt! Hell yeah!
“I’m not paying the horn man” Jacob said, calmly.
18:55 I LOVE IT
In college we had a girl who went by Emily due to some weird 'roommate thought it would be funny I guess' nicknaming bullshit on, like, day 2 of living in the dorm. I learned months later that her legit name was, like, Jennifer. She'd never gone by Emily ever before, nor did again after college. The random nicknaming bullshit is common enough, I guess, but EMILY? She could have been Tequila Jennifer but they went for Emily.
