Well me sure you are using the full version sometimes you can download the lite version by accident. Second restart the console and make sure to complete all previous mission before kakashi mission.

so I realized you only have to do the 1st mission from each npc the second mission is more of a side mission that can be done at any time and is usually allot harder the reason you may think you need to do both is because the new npc wont load until you've reloaded the hub via save and quitting doing a quick match that secondary mission etc. I didn't realize until I randomly saw sai standing at the stairs even though I wasn't up to that mission so I did a few more missions to check my theory and I seem to be correct if you do this from the start you probably cut out about 7 or 8 missions
I saw some one on this game with a crazy amount of missions. 400+ s rank, 500+ A rank, 400+ B rank, etc. How is that possible? Can you redo missions and count it as a new mission?

If u dont see a new npc after finishing the mission needed then try exiting n going back into the game, worked for me :)

K i found a glitch. Shut off your console while doing a mission. The next quest unlocks when you re turn on your. Xbox.

What if you finish every single mission ever? You're done with the game? Since theres no 1p vs com mode or story mode just online mode after missions.
