there is some different fields of thought on when to apply the dextrose. Is it better before or after putting into the heat box. I heard that if you do it after you warm the lamb it can go into convulsions. If you could please advise. thanks

My farm the early mortality is very hight , new born lambs weak then didn't suck milk then leads to death,
