CASSAVA CAKE (CASSAVA AND FLAN ON TOP)!

This is my famous cassava cake! I've been making it since my children were babies and it's the one dessert I always bring to every single family get-together and gathering. Everybody makes their cassava cake a little bit different ... I've seen some people add cheese on top. For mine, I like to add leche flan on top and macapuno coconut strings inside to make it extra special. Try it out with me!
Required Ingredients for the Cassava Cake:
2 Frozen Grated Cassava
3 Eggs
1 Can of Evaporated Milk
1 Can of Coconut Milk
1 Jar of Macapuno Coconut Strings
Butter
Required Ingredients for the Leche Flan:
1 Can of Evaporated Milk
1 Can of Condensed Milk
1 Cup of Fresh Milk
8 Egg Yolks
1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
