hello! I have a question about this event. if I made 21 upgrades in stage 1, why I can't collect rewards for amount upgrades I made when stage 2 started? like for 14, 15, 16 upgrades?
Because there are only 13 rewards in stage1

I've read the event rules and i don't see where it say you lose your dice once one stage is over. Should i save my dice or spend it all just in case? I really want to save to do the sketch diaries challenge once the stage for that change to 2nd stage.
You lose your cards only dices after the final stage ( after 21days)
