  • Yoshitomo Nara is a Japanese artist. He lives and works in Nasushiobara, Tochigi Prefecture, though his artwork has been exhibited worldwide. He started in the 1990s Japan pop-culture and later became associated with the Superflat movement, collaborating with Chiho Aoshima and Takashi Murakami. His sculptures and paintings focus on such innocent subjects (often pastel-hued children and animals drawn with confident, cartoonish lines) with little or no background.

Today I visited his exhibition in Vienna, and it has an emotional effect on the viewer, it clearly portrays emotions even if it's not direct. Truly a great artist.

I learnt about this marvellous artist due to this Channel. Thank you for that😊. Then, I watched a long Japanese documentary with living input by the same artist plus many of his jobs. Wow, truly impressed by his art.

Where did you hear that he sculpted out of his own poop when he was young? What is your source on that?

I'd be afraid to handle the paintings. Hopefully, he washed his hands after sculpting his poop.

Looking at some of this artwork and I must say it rings bells of “pizza gate” Why do we have young girls often with patches on eyes body? Is someone beating them up, I also see some sexually suggestive themes. I hope I’m wrong, but I seen some sadistic works in the art world, and I’m asking questions to seek truth and justice. May God have mercy on us all!

You clearly don’t know what art is ,art is not a craft ,art is a feeling
