Even though it it takes a lot of agility to get from 80-81% armour reduction, the % of damage it reduces is higher than from 20-21%. Heh. Great idea, in theory that should work providing the tower can still attack as normal. The only counter is the rare attack from enemy mobs at times but you have very good odds that you can min/max that way with minimal punishment

Also if you hit it to the lowest hp possible and then sell it, you can still get 70% value back as said in the sell option. So technically, you can farm for infinite amount of lumber XD
Actually, i found, that Lich is pretty usable, especially in the late game, since he has Ulti, that takes 3% of health per second within HUGE area, so try him out, WTii! Just check him.

In the future percent is very easy. You said 31 x 40 percent. To get 10 percent of any number just move the decimal one place to the left and 1 % two places. So 31 x 10% = 3.1 and 1% is .31. So 3.1 is 10 % and you want 40% so times by 4 is 12.4
