Namaste Sir. For the first chart - 1. 7th Bhav is in Rahu Ketu Axis, devoid of any beneficial aspect. Presence of ketu does not bode well for the bhav. 2. 7th Lord is placed in third house with third/sixth Lord mercury getting beneficial aspect of 9th lord jupiter, which is also the 12th lord. Conjunction/aspect with 6th and 12th lord does not bode well for the seventh lord Venus which happens to be karaka for wife in the present chart as well. For the first chart -
1. 7th Bhav is in Rahu Ketu Axis, devoid of any beneficial aspect. Presence of ketu does not bode well for the bhav.
2. 7th Lord is placed in third house with third/sixth Lord mercury getting beneficial aspect of 9th lord jupiter, which is also the 12th lord. Conjunction/aspect with 6th and 12th lord does not bode well for the seventh lord Venus which happens to be karaka for wife in the present chart as well. Further, venus is also in paap kartari as it is sandwiched between sun and saturn and itself is retrograde. Venus is also in the nakshatra of Rahu which further shows trouble in marrital life. However, venus is conjunct a benefic(mercury) in a friendly planet's house and is being aspected by another benific(jupiter) which are giving some strength to the 7th lord. Also venus is in pisces Navmansha and hence is gaining strength in navmansha chart as well. Lagnesh is strong as Mars is placed in 5th house in friendly sign and getting aspect of 9th lord jupiter. Analysis of Moon Chart further reveals that 7th lord saturn is placed in lagna with lagna lord moon and both are aspecting the 7th house.
Conclusion : Marrital Life may see some ups and down and brief periods of seperation in relevant dashas and gochar, but otherwise marrital life is alright and will go on barring few incidents.
For the 2nd Chart-
1. 4th bhav has debilitated moon in it and getting aspect of mercury assuming duties of 2nd and 11th bhav.
2. Lord of 4th bhav, Mars is exalted in 6th bhav getting no aspects from other planets. Mars is in its own nakshatra and in navmansha of sun. Overall, Mars is strong, thus signifying that the native's mother will be strong and hardworking. 4th house and 4th lord are involved with 2, 6 and 11 houses or their lords in one way or another and hence it can be inferred that the native's mother might be working for gain as well. Mars is also aspecting lagna and lagna lord, thus the native's mother will have strong influence over native's life and his/her way of thought.

A. 7th lord in 3rd house:...Spouse may be from neighbourhood, friend or some neighbour's acquaintance.
