My husband served 31 years in the US Coast Guard. He was an officer and he was able to get us on a ride on one of their red boats just like this one. They allowed my teenage daughter to drive it for a while. She was ecstatic!
The “humm” from the blowers and/or trimmers sound like the noise in the purge movies indicating something is incoming, lol.

Trolling motor guy ran aground and was using the trolling motor to get them back to the channel.
You should try the comedy shows at Lake Mead. Watch the ramps around the lake, and it becomes a big comedy show on holiday weekends. One back in the 80s was a California river cruiser. Mom is screaming at son who jackknifed the trailer and got stuck in the middle of the ramp, to get us out of here. I had to pull out the tow strap, pull him out of the way. Then wait for these incompetent people to get out of the way. My friend who I was with on his boat watches as I get them out then put the trailer in perfect in one shot. Had him out of the water in less than 2 minutes. Or the years where one guy with a S10 and a 19' cuddy, by himself is in and out of the way in 3 minutes.
Funny this is the first time I’ve seen a law enforcement not wearing a life jacket while on board
I lived in FL for almost 40 years and one of the things I miss most is sitting at the ramp watching the misery. Thank you for this Gold.

Just wondering why a Boarder and Customs boat is flying a US Coast Guard flag with no Coasties on board.
I was wondering the same thing. That CG flag is actually the Coast Guard Ensign, a Federal badge for boat and crew.
At least you can get some traction on your boat ramps there! Out west here at Lake Havasu, you best have 4WD to pull a larger boat out of the water, or even drive up the ramp after launching, for that matter!
