I would keep the Lancôme palette from Tyron. It was a very sweet gesture, he took a lot of time picking it out for you, and it was a Valentine’s Day gift. Use the two taupe shades for transition and outer crease, the teal green as your lower lid liner, and use one of your indie shimmers on the lid! It will be beautiful and will make him happy! That will spark joy😉❤️😊 And keep the Norvina 5. I decluttered all of mine and then repurchased 4 and 5. Those are the two I really love.

Sailor Moon 🌙 is my Cancer ♋️ girl! But declutter. You know what I did that saved me from buying that collection? First of all, people saying it was a dusty, pastel collection. But second of all, getting the Funko Sailor Moon with Luna and an artists rendering of Sailor Moon and Luna plus size. They sit on my work desk. Everytime I look at them, I smile.
I also liked Tyrone's input.
I mean, Tyrone is giving a solid perspective here. But I love when you said that… “Do I really want this in my palette count?”

I mean, 💚. I do like the color story. I think it can do a lot of different looks. And I love the thoughtfulness. Is Lancôme known for their eyeshadow? No. But they are satin shades, so who knows? I could be tragically sleeping on Lancôme.

I like that Lancome eyeshadow, Lancome use to be big in the 80's. The lady from the TV show Blue Velvet was the spokesperson. Keep the palette, Lancome use to be big like Tom Ford.
I'd keep the two BH palettes, they're iconic, so many brands still today try to duplicate them. And definitely get rid of that blue Dior palette, certain blues just don't look right on everybody

Some of these palettes are a trip back to memory lane for me. I miss BH. I know you didn’t ask BUT 😂😂😂 I’d keep the palette from Tyrone. It’s an edited version of the Avocado plus you’re getting the Arrow palette so it would replace some of the special shades from Avocado. I can’t wait to see your thoughts on Unearthly when you go through those palettes.

I just decluttered I think 18 palettes, and I had 300 before the declutter! I threw away the run down expired ones but donated most of the good quality ones to Project Beauty Share, I’m trying to only buy 2 palettes a month, and that can carry over to other months if I don’t buy anything for one month. So far, so good. I don’t love spring and summer makeup so those months are easy for me, but when Fall hits that’s when I go bananas 🍌 with the eyeshadow palette buying. I feel like I have all the pastels for spring and all the brights and neons for summer already, so I am not going to get easily swept into buying what’s going to be released soon. I’m considering getting rid of more of my bright rainbow 🌈 palettes that I use in the summer because it’s not my style anymore,

For the CP palettes, the shadows are magnetized so you could always reorganize the shadows and make your own color stories if you just like the packaging
I have the Sailor Moon palette and it's not part of my makeup count; I'm keeping it for "display" since I loved the series as a child (it's in a box lol).

Bedore Lancome so rudely discontinued my MANY years long love of a single shadow, they was in my everyday use. I’ve not tried the formula on that palette format , though. I’d say try it! Let me know because I still have Lancome tiny palettes and that single shadow and they still smell good, still feel nice but I can’t get rid of them because idk why they make me happy to look at them.
I’d declutter the Norvina , I’m disgusted with them as a brand so I’m biased. I did want to try some of the smaller ones but I couldn’t get into those messed up rubix cube color stories
I’m going to try the Lancôme. I decided to declutter Norvina. Thinking about doing the same with soft glam and the smaller norvina. Maybe primrose too. We shall see!

I mean… do what you want to do. The Norvina 5 is a solid palette according to a lot of people. Personally, I’d rather have the Lunar Lavender palette from Kaleidos, as you said.

Yeah, I haven’t been able to part with my Chanel quad yet either. I’m trying to decide if I like how the color story looks on my eyes or not and then if it’s not the color story I mind but how I’m applying it. I just haven’t decided yet.

Ok, Tyrone needs to understand something about ColourPop. Everything gets discontinued. They come out with it for a while. They discontinue it. They come out with something similar. I say declutter Baroque because I know you have similar shades in better formulas and if you want Baroque artwork, buy a beautiful art print.

I don’t know what it is about TF eyeshadows. I can’t stand them ishes. I never noticed a smell, but I believe you. I don’t like how expensive yet MEDIOCRE they are.

See, I love the idea of the Companion palette, but I don’t like their formula. You’re experiencing the shades being dry, my Copacetic shadows were WET. W. E. T. Like leaking in the palette. Indie, handmade, blah blah blah. But that makes me very uncomfortable that I gave that Palette away because it was wet and didn’t work for me and yours is dry and not working for you.

Yessss friend! You are giving me so much to think about! Tyrone is definitely a keeper! But yes I am really asking myself how this collection got so out of control. I’ve already started out spending less in 2023 and that’s so wild. I’m getting the Sydney grace monthly bundles for sure but everything else is really up in the air. And I ordered adept. Happily I’m off to a way better start! I know you bought less last year and I’m hoping to say the same!
