1. Embrace your role fully: Be a shepherd to those you lead.
2. Lead by example: Your actions will inspire others more than your words.
3. Commit to continuous growth: Seek mentorship, study the Bible, and apply what you learn.
By doing so, you will not only become a more effective leader but also a beacon (example) of Christ’s love and integrity in your community. Let’s strive to lead with purpose and integrity, making a lasting impact on those around us.
Application
