Electrician assistant from Phils ... Sayang...But I have chosen to let him go.

After chosen him among my subscribers and successfully sponsored him para mag-aral here sa Australia, I let him go. He's a good Christian person. Hard worker, but he needs to practice the meaning of tunay na pakikisama, loyalty, respect, patience and good judgement. I told him before that how blind he was, just after 2 months of staying with me....and yet, I have proven myself correct. I am really disappointed of the outcome. I felt okay if he had chosen a better alternative ...but he had pick up the wrong job for the sake of an extra $5 per hour. A future fire technician versus a solar panel installer. A lighter work against a harder work. Working inside the building against working in/on the roof. He has chosen the latter.
