I had this Earth Wind & Fire 8 track blaring in my '68 GTO before marriage and kids! The Good Ole Days!
My Dad kept me riveted to his stories about stuff like the 8 track in his car and the fact he couldn't skip songs.
He died 4 years ago at 76 so he had some AMAZING stories to share.

There was a joke in that video if you rewatch it where Phil (Collins) comes out with a shiny outfit for them to wear in reference to Earth, WInd & Fire's habit of wearing space aged costumes.
My favorite song of theirs is "Fantasy" but this is their big hit I think.

I had the AWESOME pleasure of seeing Earth Wind and Fire live in Upstate NY....back in the day of course. If you think watching the video is great, they kick ass live. And there is no adequate way to fully describe the concert vibe. Johnny Walker, Jose Cuervo & Mary Jane were always in attendance and everybody shared what they had. They performed on Sunday night but the party started outside in the park on Friday morning. Back then when there was a concert, the local radio station would play nothing but that band. We would blast it on the ride up. I now realize how fortunate I was to have grown up during the huge concerts, when you could bring what you wanted into the show, you could take pics during the show and BBQ outside. One of our concert venues was Saratoga Performing Arts Center, 2000 + acre park which only added to the experience.
You should review Chicago and The Commodores. Saw both of them live too. Great memories.
