Not only do those moves require athleticism, it also requires very very high level of coordination, you know...so you opponent doesn't fucking die on the mat.

It's fucking simple, don't go to war.
Brendan, I could loose you whatever weight you wanted without you ever having to fast, or be hungry. It's all about what you eat and when. I could put a diet together for you that would have you absorbing maximum nutrients while discarding any harmful and unneeded waste. You would be getting ALL the micronutrients, protein, carbohydrates, amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, ect that you need to feel perfectly healthy 24/7, while feeling full and full of energy.
Also, I would GUARANTEE if you followed my diet for 3-4 months, you would never want to go back or grave an unhealthy food again.
I grew up on fast food and was 225 pounds at one point. I'm 175 now and love what I eat and I eat nothing but super healthy foods for every meal. It was hard at first, but after the 3rd or 4th month your gut bacteria completely changes and you will only crave healthy things that help that gut bacteria.
Also, I'll guarantee you'll keep muscle while loosing that bit of fat you have.
And you will very rarely have lactic acid build up after workouts as I have a good combo of foods that really help with these types of things and inflammation for quick recovery.
Another added bonus is you will NEVER get sick. I haven't been sick in 5 years, not a cold or a flu or anything. My gf gets sick every once and awhile and I'll chill with her and I never get it. 90% of your immune system is in your gut, so having the proper bacteria in there is vital. Also, MUCH of your mind and thoughts are VERY MUCH influenced by your gut bacteria. You have well over a trillion bacteria in your gut and they control how you feel and act and what you crave and desire. You will understand this after 3-4 months of my regiment. Your confidence issues, gone that's for sure.
I'm no certified nutritionist, but I have met with many and would say I'm more knowledgeable in many aspects.
Plus the diet is easy and quick to have prepared. And cheap.

P.S. I'd love to know if Rogan and Callen actually do really think that Shaub won the Arlovski fight? Or are they just being nice to their friend? I think the latter, because its obvious the only criteria to score that dismal fight was on damage received, as all other aspects of it where pretty close. However, Shaub's face looked like it had been hit with a baseball bat. Sorry Shaub but, it is what it is mate............ you did lose that fight, unfortunately!

The first thing that came to my mind is Phenibut, a GABA-B agonist that's popular in the supplement/bodybuilding world. In fact it's typically sold as a supplement on bodybuilding sites, though it's anything but. It's a terribly addictive legal sedative that produces a long lasting, mild alcohol like intoxication which serves as a decent sleep aid and anxiolytic.
Avoid at all costs though, for such a mild effect it's easily the most physically addictive substance I've taken. The shit can cause nasty rebound anxiety/insomnia and even bonafide physical withdrawal symptoms after as little as 5-7 days use. It's crazy that you can legally purchase a 100g tub online for like 25 bucks... with a standard dose being anywhere from .5 - 2gs.
