I think they should lock only ONE rune for each skill, so runes wont be so overpriced and it will add more variation to the game

This is not apple to apple comparison. 3300% lv.50 should be compared to also 3300% ultimate

To be honest,from this comparison,i cant even make a clue which is better.His Dark Crash run is like he/she intentionally going slow,you can see how many times he repositioned around the boss,run around in circle to change side,even at the very end at 03.42 (0.7% HP) he dashed out for no reason,losing time.
If you watch the video again notixing only the 2nd one,you will realize what im saying.

I think the best way to test time DPS is to remove all jades that has ult and Lv50 2nd Spec, then based it on unique runes, see if which is which. since the vid have no proof of the same stats but different builds.

But others sounds reveal that pros won’t be simple build, must high % to test the real damage
