Sieve and add some 2 tea spoon of honey n 4 drop of lemon juice. Take each 1 spoons hot water. It's natural antibiotic antioxidant energetic soothing. If they like it give them 3 times in a day. Or drink as tea. You can double the ingredients and make it more can be kept full day. Except honey n lemon only while having the hot water

Kade is so handsome.❤ Was sneezing for two days only coz I was drinking hot lemon juice & mostly ginger juice, meds & vitamins. Now I am okay again. I hate being sick can't do anything physical.

That really helps with fever. Maybe also add Eucalyptus or something minty. When I was very sick some time ago, I was surprised to see that warm milk with onion in it didn't taste bad. It cured my sore throat and also sped up my recovery from fever and dizziness. I hope you all get well soon 💞
