Dr. Golden explained wealth creation the best I've ever heard in regards to protecting your fortune. All entrepreneurs should take these nuggets and keep it close to them as they go about there daily mode of operation. Great interview Mr. Lerner.
I feel you I had to stop making money for similar reasons. It's so hard borrowing the rent money every month. I'm about to be repo myself. Leverage is good. I need my pillars. Time is more valuable than money.
