My heartiest Pranam to Sri Aurobindo. Thank you for your presentation. Sister Nivedita has played a significant role when Sir Aurobindo Ghosh directly involved the freedom movement in India.
Great video! Thank you also for background flute music by Sri Chinmoy. Another spiritual figure Of highest magnitude. He is connected to ALL 3. Hundreds Of stories both physical and occult. Sri Chinmoy grew up in Sri Aurobindo ashram, but philosophy is very close to Sri Ramakrishna / Vivekananda and Paramhansa Yogananda. He wrote also many books, plays, songs About them.
Have a beautiful day! 😊It's been a week of wondering for me. I wonder about Vivekananda meeting Babajan. Also, about Mother Meera and Shri Aurobindo. Especially, Prajnaparamita AKA Yum Chenmo. Thank You!🧡
Thank you for this interesting video. I have been reading the Life Divine and am somewhat overwhelmed by the convergences between Aurobindo and Rudolf Steiner. I am well versed in Steiner's thoughts, but am still new to Aurobindo. Is this a topic you would be interested in talking about?
Ask the monks of the Rama Krishna Mission about Sri Aurobindo. They never care to mention Sri Aurobindo’s name. There is even a swami who mentions Sri Aurobindo’s name as if Sri Aurobindo was his class mate or dost. He says like Aurobindo did this or that.
For a sadhak or yogi of one spiritual path to publicly acknowledge a yogi from another path is rare. It requires two things: 1) Some direct spiritual experience/s of the other path while maintaining their own solid, core spiritual path. 2) Some spiritual purpose in outwardly expressing the connection, whether orally or in writing. Typically people stick to their own guru and that guru's specific spiritual lineage.
@@zotharr Swamijis teachings vs Sri Aurobindo's teachings - what differences are you aware of? Thoughts? Remember Swamiji gave Sri Aurobindo the clue that led Sri Aurobindo to the Supramental consciousness that he wrote about.

Swami Medhananda is doing a Gita lecture series based on Sri Aurobindo's Gita commentaries :)
