      @@packersauburneric3625 Idk your situation and if you can afford to do so or not, however, I pay the $11.99/month to TH-cam to not have to watch any ads at all. It has a few other perks that I absolutely love which is, I can download some of the videos that I want to watch later and I can watch them anywhere, even places that I do not get internet such as cell phone dead spots and stuff because I live in a major rural area so there are plenty of dead spots I do not get service. Another awesome perk is that at night I can turn on a play list of stories to listen too and fall asleep too and before I signed up I used to have to leave my phone open and I would hate that because I do not like light sources on when I'm trying to sleep plus if I accidentally touched my phone it would do annoying things like switch to whatever I touched. Now, with paying $11.99/month I actually get to turn on my stories and turn my phone screen off and the stories still play and I don't have to deal with the light annoyance or fear accidentally touching the phone while I'm sleeping and change anything. Also, idk if it is still true now or not but when I signed up, I had gotten to use the services for THREE months free before they started charging my card. I think it's absolutely worth the price and I will not ever go back to watching ads. Hehe good luck to you friend 🤗

We have two sons and if they did that to any girl they would deserve the death penalty. I would not fight for them; I would allow the legal system to take it's course and grieve for everyone.

    What parent picks up their 3 young children at 4 am from who is looking after them? Either pick them up earlier or let them sleep and get them in the morning. Also, to be jealous of her new, way older husbands children is ridiculous. Neither of these issues have anything to do with her murder but she was a little bit self absorbed with questionable decision making skills.

    • @juanitarichards1074
      @juanitarichards1074 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Well, where I come from in NZ we don't just turn up and have a last minute birthday party, it would have been planned weeks ahead and we'd consult with the new wife to make she she hadn't already made plans for the fathers birthday. In fact she had planned for them to go to the casino......so I can understand her being upset by that, but I would have given in and let him spend the time with his daughters. I'd have actually gone home and celebrated with all of them. And perhaps she had a busy life trying to fit everything and everyone in - the maternal grandparents, the paternal grandparents, her ex husband, all wanting to spend time with the kids. It was an hour drive home from the casino, then more time to get the kids home, give them breakfast and ready for school. But I'd have let them have the day off school rather than get them up that early. My daughter as a working single mother sometimes took a day off work and her son a day off school so she could spend some quality time with him and take him on road trips - sometimes to visit me in a distant city.

    ISTM the authorities really wished to pin the murder on Shannon's husband, & thus didn't give enough credence to the tip originally phoned in by the murderer's wife. They felt the husband might be guilty due to his lawyer advising him not to take the polygraph. Thank goodness the husband was rich & could afford a top attorney. Too many people have been wrongfully convicted for cooperating with the police - making statements, taking polygraph tests, etc. Innocent people naturally trust that it's clear they didn't commit this or that crime, while the DA & police feel pressure to come up with a perpetrator. I remember one poor 2nd husband who said, even after the actual perpetrator was discovered years later, through dna, most people in his town still believed he was guilty. At least, he was released from prison, but it sounded like he still felt imprisoned by his own town

    The DEA owes this country and the world an apology for the one million deaths they caused by stopping the flow of pharmacy grade pills. We trusted the FBI and always will. Why Reagan thought we needed a DEA is beyond me.

    Logic: Why would the husband abduct his wife at 4am outside her former inlaws house at 4am......when all he had to do was wait for her to get home and kill her then and take the body and dispose of it somewhere it would never be found? Especially since the inlaws would have recognized him and his car......

    Lisa Renee- her case got me, man here's why (not only because she is dead but) because that hotel clerk/owner said she recalled the man registering see a young woman try to get out of the car and then the guy that was registering say "put the biych back in the car"..... whyyyyyyy on gods green earth would you not call the police after to simply check on the young lady to make sure she is okay??? I can not for the life of me understand that. She could have saved her and she turned a major blind eye and that makes me so mad and disgusted. She could have called it in unanimously damn! So many prayer to her friends and family and to all the cases in this episode.

    Held for Ransom: Looked to me like the FBI really had much less to do with the safe recovery of this young lady than the perpetrators. Thank goodness they weren't cold blooded killers otherwise she wouldn't have survived. Meanwhile, it looked like every mistake law enforcement could possibly make was made. Thank God she survived that horrible and scary ordeal. Nothing like government for rewarding incompetence!

    Too bad for Gerald Lee Powers that Mayorkas wasn't in charge of DHS and the border back then. All he would have had to do is say he was an illegal immigrant and they would have put in up in the nearest Hilton Hotel and given a check for his personal needs.
