For the polka dot playsuit you could add more material to the waist by undoing the seam and sewing in more material. You could do white, black, or lace or anything!
You could put double sided tape at the edge of your bra and smooth the dress top to it to prevent flashing but still keep that flow material feel for the first dress

It fits you perfectly...and it does look great just with that white denim skirt you paired it with. Since it's a solid black, you have endless possibilities of what you can pair that with. High waisted pants would be so cute with it also..imo.
