This is from "Amiche per l'Abruzzo" ([female] friends for Abruzzo), a concert starring several italian female singers, whose purpose was to collect money for the reconstruction of Abruzzo region, after a terribile earthquake in 2009 destroyed entire towns in the center of Italy and killed hundreds of people. In this occasion was released a tune sung by some of the most popular italian singers; it took less than two days to unite all of them and to record it. Again: the profits were donated to the populations of Abruzzo. It is quite touching, especially its lyrics. The title is "Domani" (Tomorrow).

I suggest you to listen to the original version, it's totally different, but still very powerful, even if in a totally different way.
