Dear Friends,
In this video i have explained about basics of Microsoft Project Software for Scheduling and Planning of a Building Construction Project in simple way . Here civil engineers get the basic details about how to prepare construction plan from start to end inline the details of important construction tasks, duration, sequences and how to link them are for planning a construction project.
Also i have explained about the basic concept for tracking the same project on basis of project baseline and how to recoup the activities based on adjustments in days of linking construction activities.
