My grocery chain's training sucks. So it pisses me off when people are rude about me not knowing anything, when I can't even get any proper training and help. Plus, nothing's in a logical place. Put the damn almond and soy milk with the other milk! Why the hell not?
You don’t put the tetra pack almond milk with the refrigerated cow milk because that refrigeration space is more valuable. If you can display it on the shelf without it going bad, that’s what you do.
I don't work in a grocery store, but I can tell someone where the non-dairy milks are in 9/10 stores--in the cereal isle. Everyone seemed to decide that's where they go. Of course, most stores now also have non-dairy milks in the milk section o_o
Lmao I use to work at a grocery store in high school first time a customer asked me I took that man to 4 out of 9 grocery aisles before I got him to the right one lol we both were looking at the signs hanging above the aisles to see if it was the right one lmao I remember being soooo embarrassed lol hahaha
3:20 I swear thats Walmart. I asked an employee where the Molasses was. She went, "Molasses?? I don't think we sell that." Three minutes later and on the same aisle that she's stacking, she sees me pick up a bottle of molasses and smooth act like she didn't see a damn thing.

I actually had a shift manager tell me to google the customer service number because she didn’t know it. Well, I didn’t expect her to actually know the number, but what I did expect was her to make an effort to see what my problem was to begin with, maybe she could’ve fixed it without me calling the higher ups, but nope… She didn’t even take the time to even pretend to care, she just said that she didn’t know it or where it was so I should just google it. 😂💀
2:40, well at least he's observant and aware of his surrounding to notice at least the company name as well as the employee name to recognize that he's an employee there, because I'll have my name tag on with the company name, plus I'm doing stock and people will still ask me , " excuse me, do you work here?" I'm like....😕
Don't get mad man. Because there are ppl who don't work there and get mistaken cuz they have the same color shirt. Or they are turned and you can't see if there is a name tag. It's called being safe cuz damn I've seen ppl get embarrassed for assuming.
I understand the Almond Milk situation from the perspective of the people working there because I didn't even know Almond milk existed until a customer asked me where it was. My 1st thought was "what the fuck is almond milk?" I assumed it would be where the milk was because it had milk in the name, but it wasn't there. What customers don't understand is that there are so many products in the store that no 1 person can know everything the store has and where it is. Customers ask for stuff they use, so they would have a hint of an idea of where something might be, but an associate who doesn't use that specific item isn't even going to know where to begin to look, so there is several times more of a chance that you are going to find that thing. Stores typically put things together based on how they are used and since you use it you would know what similar things are used in the process of using it and that helps you find it where as that person who doesn't use it wouldn't even recognize those things. Not to mention they have no idea what they are looking for. They only have a name and in their head they are seeing an object with no shape, color or anything and it could look like anything in existence and on top of that we typically don't know how it is used and even if we were told chances are we wouldn't know because we aren't familiar enough with the process of using it to know where it is to begin with., so they could look right at it and not know, because they don't use it. The purpose of yelling where it is isn't for the customer that was looking, but so the other people can stop looking and so they know where it is when another person asks in the future. When you work at a store they don't give you a map or tell you were everything is. That would take months if not years of training. There are people who work at stores for years and there is still a few things they can't tell you were they are. The customer only thinks of things from the perspective of what they want, but don't understand from the perspective of someone who doesn't use the same things they use. Customers forget that we are only human and not a robot with every detail of the store embedded into our brains.
Almond Milk that isn't in the refrigerated section is in the baking isle on the east cost... Because its kept with the powder milk, rice milk, condensed, coconut, etc in the store.

ali is 100% right. Every grocery store i go to now everyone has an attitude. They just start filling the plastic bags, then when I ask for paper they act like its some big inconvenience. I just bring my own bags and go to the self check out now
Tipping actually more for the tipper to feel good and superior to the server. It's a Power Trip. In many countries, no one needs to tip since the servers are paid a proper living wage and there's already a service charge included in the bill.
I worked at Walmart and would put all the stuff in correctly like ali said cold with cold can food with can food ect-ect and the managers couldn't figure out why my line would have 7-8 people waiting and there would be 4-5 empty check out lines.
0:56 THIS. I was at a grocery store when I was around 30 (black man). I said “how are you doing?” to the cashier. He said “sup n*gga”. That is not how greeted Karen!!!!
It's not about knowing exactly where everything is. It is about giving the effort to help the customer locate it. When I worked at Target and someone asked where something is we had radios to ask other team members or team leads where something is. Or we had PDA's to look up the item and tell the customer where it is. Just telling the customer "I don't know" is unacceptable. If you hate your job and don't care about it then get another job. Nobody is making you work there.
This is real!!...I went to Walmart a while back and I just wanted to go in and get out quick!..I had to get a few odd things I knew I couldn't find fast...then I passed the flower and planting department right next to the dog food,I saw two gentleman unloading merchandise and I asked "can you help me find a 5 gallon bucket, mice traps?", I already knew where the dog food was. ali is 100% right. Every grocery store i go to now everyone has an attitude. They just start filling the plastic bags, then when I ask for paper they act like its some big inconvenience. I just bring my own bags and go to the self check out now
His new special is pre jail stories it’s amazing. Hilarious
Yup, you're only getting a tip if you do a good job.
The waiter should have told him "Mexicans Got On Boots" (IYKYK)
He sounds like meeeee!! I hate that I be like out all my cold stuff together and double bag it
Tipping actually more for the tipper to feel good and superior to the server.
Hilarious!😍😍😍Handsome too!💋❤
Every since I became a cook, I only tip the cooks lol
As a fellow cook, I approve this comment! lmao
I am so late! I am enjoying this guy's comedy! I have been binge watching him off and on for the past week now 🤣
same here
That Labradorite ring is amazing.
2:45 every grocery store in PG County 🤣
Ali funny as hell
"Be easy!" 😅
but as some1 who worked at a grocery store, you cant srsly think we know where every of the like 300 + items is placed in the store.
I mean Almond milk is not obscure though
It's not about knowing exactly where everything is. It is about giving the effort to help the customer locate it.
When I worked at Target and someone asked where something is we had radios to ask other team members or team leads where something is. Or we had PDA's to look up the item and tell the customer where it is. Just telling the customer "I don't know" is unacceptable. If you hate your job and don't care about it then get another job. Nobody is making you work there.
HE NEEDED MORE TIME!!!!! 5 MINUTES FOR THIS LEGEND?!?!!?
This is real!!...I went to Walmart a while back and I just wanted to go in and get out quick!..I had to get a few odd things I knew I couldn't find fast...then I passed the flower and planting department right next to the dog food,I saw two gentleman unloading merchandise and I asked "can you help me find a 5 gallon bucket, mice traps?", I already knew where the dog food was. And he stopped what he was doing and found it in less than 5 minutes....he was very professional and I offered to give him 20 bucks and he didn't take it!...thank you Sir for your service!
