I did mine without taking the bumper off. If you have a stubby screwdriver you can do it just fine. Takes less time and lining up the bumper perfectly isn't always easy. Best to leave alone if you can get away with it.
Hey bro good video I got a question. The black clip looking thing that's on the quarter panel is that necessary for the bumper to fit well? I got into a crash and I have it on one side by not the other and I can't seem to find the exact part number for it. You can see it perfectly at 2:31
+D3athsH3ad 5855 Yes I believe it is necessary for it to fit well. There are five hooks on each of those plastic pieces that the bumper snaps into. If there is no plastic piece the bumper will probably extend a few mm's out from the corner of the tail light and look ugly. But it would mechanically be strong enough to work without it. So for me it would depend on what condition the rest of the car is in whether to hassle with it or not.

I believe my screws are rusted in the bracket, the ones that you are pointing out at 2:19 to 2:22 i have sprayed with WD40 and I am still not able to get them out what should I do? help please and thank you for posting the video.

Maybe try heating them up with a torch?
Did you have to unhook the battery so the airbag didnt go off?
no I didn't, it would take quite an impact for that to happen.
