If you've already got the wand I'd go WL. Depending on what type of wand would depend on the lvl to stop at. I find there is more content you can run solo at 100, like Tear's Marsh farming 95 blues, and you can still run DT. At 105 you can go to Helga raids and not agro mobs but would need an active guild. Really depends on how you want to play the game
