This picture is a FanArt from the Vocaloid Series "Story of Evil". In the story, about the second song called: " Servant of Evil" Len switches close with his sister Rin so that she could escape from the angry nations that had gathered in her Kingdom to make her pay for the pain she wrought on the others. Its an 7 or 8 song series and really good. But that was for clarification. :3 Hope it helped.

It is because it's vocaloid. Rin and Len. Len switched clothing with Rin to protect her from her mistakes. In the end Len ended up dying in her place.
