Hi Aprille! I actually love this one at night after sitting at my computer for so many hours working. This one attacks all my trouble spots and then some. I put some river nature sounds on in the background with my salt lamp glowing and essential oil diffuser blowing...it's a recipe for relaxation and good sleep lol !

Class #4 I've done since shattering leg. Dragon was slightly uncomfortable; but FAR easier than expected- I did do it on my family's fancy matteess; as nervous about taking it to floor quite yet- but loved th class! Got my strengthening, breathing, meditation, and stretching all in one

Hi Yoga Ranger, this was such a restorative soothing workout for AM but the only issue was that I was not able to hear at all even though the vol on my laptop was in the highest mode. Oh by the way, I would love to use this as PM yoga before bed too as it is very apt for the evening as well. You may wish to title this as Yin PM as well hence for day and night. Thank you very much and I truly enjoyed as it was extremely relaxing.

Thank you Zeenath for practicing with me and for your feedback. Yin holds are 2-8 mins long and are meant to be extended. For some this may mean feeling sleepy so I recommend deeper breathing and staying aware of the sensations in your body during the pose. I do have Slow Flow practices that are short holds and might be a good alternative in the morning if you feel sleepy. I do make these shorter holds in my Yin AM practices as my regular practices are 3-5 minute holds. Thank you and have a great day! Namaste, Aprille
